🔴Hello Everyone, and Welcome to the Archive!
Greetings all, it is Gamal Nasser here from 🔗YouTube, and I would like to welcome all people to my 2nd Blog! This space will be used to share links to papers that have been conducted primarily on the African continent, but will include other areas of interest too. It will serve as a place that will document the archaeogenetic research (ancient DNA analysis) that has been done in the various regions, and will be continuously updated, so be sure to check in once in a while! I will show the site locations with a map if the studies do not do so, as well as expanding on any important information from the cited articles. It will be dealing primarily with population genetics, but other fields of research like cultural facets and anthropology will also be linked here too at times. '(🧬N=)' only means strictly the number of ancient genetic samples that have been analyzed from the various older populations, civilizations or industries, whether it be Y-DNA, mtDNA or auDNA. In some sections they are compiled together, but still also numbered for each study and mentioned separately too. To finish up, anything with an ❌ simply means it is still a work in progress, while articles with a ✅ means they are basically readable, with everything linked and laid out correctly. Use the drop down arrow on the sidebar to access and see the titles for the topics of discussion.
Thank you for reading this short notice, and I hope what I share may help with your own learning journey!
